Returns / Warranty

Our team is dedicated to you! If you are having an issue please contact us immediately. Most issues are common and often we can provide you with an answer to solve your problem. However if it cannot be resolved you can return the phone within 7 days of receiving it. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the item we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number in the package.

Our functional warranty is 60 days! This excludes issues do to physical or liquid damage but if a function of the phone is not working properly send it back and we will repair it for you on the house or provide you with an exchange!

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and be processed before receiving an exchange or refund.

Please do not return your purchase back without receiving confirmation from us.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, with no cracks, or signs of liquid damage!

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery 

We reserve the right to deny.

Exchanges / Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. 


If you are approved, we will ship out your exchange or your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It usually will arrive in the same time frame as the original purchase and we will provide tracking!


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us!
